Our dining philosophy emphasizes finely balancing traditional and contemporary cooking. We focus on providing a restaurant in Galle, that uses fresh produce, including that from our own vegetable garden and ocean nearby, keeping sourcing as local as possible.
Our dedicated chefs and waiting staff take pride in preserving the colonial charm of the hotel; some have been in service for over 30 years. Our innovative executive chef is happy to cater to any personal dining preferences and requests.
